Bianca's a teenager who's in the middle of her senior year. She has two friends, Jess and Casey who are attractive. She has a crush on a guy named Toby so she goes to a party where he'll be. While there, Wesley, her neighbor and friend tells her she's a DUFF,Designated Ugly Fat Friend who is someone who makes other people feel good about themselves. In this case, Jess and Casey. She then freaks out and cuts all ties with Jess, Casey and Wesley. She decides she wants to reinvent herself so she asks Wes to help her and he does which is not an easy task.
